Associate Director, Supply Chain Excellence and Network Optimisation

Lead the design, optimisation, and digitalisation of FairPrice’s future-state supply chain network by integrating Network Design, Supply Chain Systems, Automation & Engineering, and the HORIZON Transformation Program. The role is accountable for translating strategic business ambitions into scalable supply chain capabilities, operating models, technology platforms, and automation solutions.

• Lead the innovation program and its portfolio of strategic initiatives.
• Establish program governance, strategic roadmap, business case realization, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives across Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Technology teams.

• Own the development and continuous refresh of FairPrice’s supply chain network blueprint.
