The Associate Director (Strategic Comms & Alumni Engagement) is responsible for developing and leading TF’s strategic engagement and alumni activation strategy. This includes shaping the brand narrative across signature cause areas, designing public-facing engagement opportunities that put TF in front of the general public, building a structured alumni engagement model under the TF & Friends (TFF) framework, and overseeing the work of an external vendor/agency.
