Job Description
- Be responsible for leading a sub-team under the Transaction Advisory Services unit, focused on, but not limited to:
- Merger & Acquisition services; and
- Transaction advisory and support services
- Lead a team of staff in delivering investor search, transaction advisory and/or support engagements and will be required to monitor project timelines and deliver high quality deliverables and service to clients.
- Take the lead on projects on engagements which are initiated and originated by you. You shall be the primary contact point for clients and/ or their legal advisors.
- Build strong and sustained relationships with clients and centres of influence (e.g. lawyers, sponsors, SID) and be able to provide advice as a trusted advisor using your skills, experience and understanding of transactions to the advantage of your clients.
