Associate Director, Marketing

Your new role

As Associate Director, Marketing (Head of Marketing) for Novo Nordisk Malaysia, you will set the direction for our commercial and consumer marketing strategy across the country. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a small but agile team of five (product managers, a consumer marketing manager and a marketing administrator) and turn insight into growth that reaches more patients than ever before.

Day-to-day your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing mid‑to‑long‑term marketing and portfolio strategies aligned with global, regional and affiliate priorities to accelerate sustainable business growth
• Leading product lifecycle management, launch excellence, brand growth and portfolio optimisation across our therapy areas
• Driving consumer marketing and strategic partnerships with hospitals, GPs and healthcare service providers across Malaysia
