Job Description
Lead end‑to‑end HR Operations across multi‑site locations.
Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding → HRIS updates → exits → FnF.
Ensure strict SLA/TAT adherence and high‑quality employee service delivery.
Own HRIS (Darwinbox) configuration, data governance, reporting, and dashboards.
Oversee monthly payroll accuracy, compensation cycles and benefits administration.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance and audit‑ready processes across all sites.
