- Assist in developing and improving financial reporting processes and procedures.
- Assist with department resource planning and staff allocation.
- Attend pitches to potential new clients, client due diligence meetings and board/client meetings as required.
- Build and maintain a strong relationships with clients, vendors and audit firms.
- Continue to carry out the core roles of the team, including the creation, preparation and review of financial statement workings/reports. Including assisting direct reports and other team members, where necessary.
- Develop an understanding of the financial reporting process and assist in the creation of the target operating model for our clients.
- Ensure all invoices are raised and fees are collected in a timely manner.
