Technology Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the technology roadmap in alignment with product and business priorities
• Provide architectural oversight to ensure systems are scalable, stable, and maintainable
• Align technology decisions with long-term platform and product evolution

End-to-End Delivery & Release Governance

• Own and oversee the end-to-end SDLC , with strong focus on release planning, coordination, and execution
• Establish and drive best practices across release management, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes
• Ensure structured release cycles with clear milestones, dependencies tracking, and risk mitigation
• Monitor delivery health, proactively identifying bottlenecks, risks, and quality issues across teams
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and release standards
