The Associate Director, Customer Facing Technologies will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of PPG’s eCommerce, loyalty, API distribution, and customer‑facing technology platforms. It is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing innovative products and services, and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends.

The position will drive the design and execution of PPG’s Digital Strategy with an AI‑first approach, working closely with cross‑functional teams including IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to bring new ideas to life and accelerate growth.
