Associate Director, CNS Medicinal Chemistry — Brain-Penetrant Leads

MapLight Therapeutics in Dubai seeks an accomplished Senior scientist to co-lead preclinical medicinal chemistry programs, driving hit-to-candidate efforts for CNS disorders. You will design strategies to deliver brain-penetrant candidates, apply structure-based design, and coordinate with CROs and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have PhD with extensive pharma experience or BS/MS with long industry tenure, and a proven CNS drug discovery track record including patents or publications.
