Associate Director, CMF Sales - APAC, Global Capital Markets

Lead and oversee the CMF and Securities Financing in Asia to drive revenue growth and expand market share by developing and executing strategies and initiatives in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. The incumbent will build the business by cultivating relationships with Asian-based counterparties — agent lenders, GSIB prime desks, mega banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and asset managers — and sourcing new financing and funding opportunities. The role also involves tailoring strategies to local market dynamics and regulatory requirements, leveraging the global platform to deliver innovative solutions to Asian counterparties.
