Associate Dentist – Shotts, North Lanarkshire, Scotland

MBR Dental are assisting a well-established dental practice in Shotts, North Lanarkshire with the recruitment of an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.


Vacancy Details:

  • Permanent Dentist required on a self-employed basis.

  • Available as soon as possible.

  • Notice periods are considered.

  • Full or part-time role, 3–5 days per week

  • Surgery space Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

  • Position belongs to a small dental group.

    • Earnings & Benefits:

  • Mixed NHS and Private practice.

  • 45–50% of fees achieved.

  • Established patient list transfer.

  • Typical earnings of £40,000-£150,000+ per year depending on days worked and scope of treatment.

  • Retention bonus of £10,000+ available.
