Job Description

Banking department's main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service as well as market and promote products and services that the Bank offers to its customers whilst adhering to Head Office's and regulatory bodies' requirements. As an Associate Customer Service - Mandarin Speaking, you will play an important role in supporting the business growth across both existing client portfolios and new business. You will provide prompt and efficient customer service while assisting with day-to-day operations of the Banking department. This is a full time permanent position.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in marketing activities to achieve the targets of business development
  • Act as primary point of contact for the customers and maintain customer relationships
  • Process account opening applications
  • Handle cash and other related duties as a cashier at closed counter
