Associate CSSC Back Office Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Associate CSSC Back Office Engineer to join our CSSC Backoffice Water Utility team. This position reports directly to the CSSC Supervisor and will be based in Monterrey, N.L., Mexico. Candidates must be authorized to work in Mexico.

The Associate Back Office Engineer will deliver a world‑class customer experience by providing technically advanced support and applying established procedures and guidelines, always contributing to maintain and improve customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, etc., ensuring the solution's functionality in practice.
