Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide the client with comprehensive, timely and extensive support for enterprise tools.
- Assist in developing, maintaining and implementing training materials.
- Perform tools and applications demos to clients.
- Assist in migrating customers onto the tools and applications.
- Assist with monitoring and controlling tools and applications timelines by performing the work to compare actual performance with planned performance.
- Responsible with providing input and status updates to management as needed.
- Use problem solving, critical thinking skills and independent thinking to overcome challenges.
- Adapt to cultural and organizational climates across global teams.
- Perform ad hoc requests as needed.
- Create metrics for the enterprise.
- Assist with testing enhancements as needed.
