ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provisioning: Allocate storage volumes, shares, and LUNs to servers. Monitoring: Track storage capacity, alerts, and system health daily. Zoning: Perform standard SAN zoning operations for new server attachments. Troubleshooting: Resolve standard performance bottlenecks and connectivity issues. Ticketing: Handle routine storage access requests within defined SLAs. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree. Certification: NetApp Associate (NCTA) or Dell EMC Associate (DECA). ITIL v4 Foundation Certified Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply PREFERRED SKILLS:
Backup: Basic understanding of Rubrik and Zerto BEHAVIORAL ATTRIBUTES:
