Junior Cloud Operations Engineer (Freelance, Remote)
TEKsystems is supporting a global retail/e-commerce leader in scaling their global engineering team for a large, always-on (24/7) platform serving customers worldwide. We are looking for Cloud Operations Engineers to help ensure the availability, stability, and performance of a complex public cloud environment. This role sits at the intersection of Site Reliability Engineering, Support, and DevOps, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
Maintain and improve the performance, stability, and uptime of global e-commerce platforms
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a high-availability environment
Build automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
