About the Role
As the Associate Clinical Nurse Manager for ENT, Maxillofacial, Ophthalmology, Dental & Paediatric, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to support the delivery of safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred care within our Operating Theatre service. Working in partnership with the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will coordinate day‑to‑day operations, support safe staffing and patient flow, and ensure patients receive timely, effective and compassionate care.
