Associate Chemist / Chemist

Element has an opportunity for an Associate Chemist / Chemist to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision. The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

Competent in GCMS, GC-FID, FTIR, ICP-MS, ICP-OES, IC, EDXRF, TGA, Arc Spark operation. Able to provide guidance on equipment troubleshooting and offer technical training to new hire.

Well trained on laboratory accreditation management system (ISO 17025 : 2017), capable in new method development and ability of method validation of in-house method.
