Associate / analyst – investments

We are looking for an Investment Analyst / Associate to join our investment team for a full-time position based out of Bengaluru. S/he will be reporting directly to the Investments Leader and play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, while also contributing to portfolio growth and fund-level strategy.
Job Description
·        Evaluate opportunities, identify right prospects and build a strong deal pipeline of startups seeking funds and maintain the deal tracker accurately
·        Identify start-ups that are seeking funds for growth; Conduct initial review & filtering of deals
·        Carry out detailed diligence of the shortlisted targets and build/ present the Investment Memorandum to the IC; Help in managing founder expectations and build relationships
·        Engage with the agencies conducting the legal, tax and financial due diligences and coordinate to ensure timely and detailed coverage
