Responsibilities Assists in protecting Citi's assets and continuity of business from fortuitous loss, through risk analysis/financing, placement and administration of property/casualty insurance programs, captive insurance company management. Participates in the establishment and monitoring of credit/political risks standards, review and approval of credit/political risk insurance placements and product programs. Contributes to insurance claims management, loss engineering and risk control. Participates in risk management advisory services to business units, approval/monitoring of local insurance purchasing, local insurers and insurance brokers. Performs complex regulatory analysis to monitor regulations and support insurance business operations in accordance to corporate agency regulations or other guidelines imposed on the insurance business.
