Job Description
Responsibilities
- Receive and process requests to create contract records
- Nominate and linked contracts in HCPE Engage platform
- Partner with T&E Excellence, legal department for the creation of LATAM and International HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs
- Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements
- Perform audits on incoming requests
- Maintain up-to-date procedures or instructive documental materials related to your assigned Cluster
- Communicates effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email and systems
- Collaborates cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
- Works individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion
