The Associate Analyst IT Onsite Support is primarily responsible for supporting IT systems’ end-users by troubleshooting and repairing technical products while using technical expertise and the Company’s diagnostic tools. The Associate Analyst IT Onsite Support possesses in-depth knowledge of the Company‘s IT infrastructure so, when required or necessary, it is able to assist Enterprise-level IT teams to identify, support and resolve IT issues.
