Your role on the team: 
Hires and manages the Operations Supervisor role.

Has direct reports and is responsible for supervisory duties and/or has significant input in employment decisions, such as: hiring, firing, training, coaching, directing and evaluating the work of subordinates, disciplinary action, timekeeping approval, etc.

Manages the loadout operations, ensuring trucks are staged, scanned, and dispatched on time each morning.
