Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment.
- Lead, coach, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space to support inbound shipments and maximize storage capacity.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Ensure all receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Track warehouse KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain high service standards to meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
- Develop, review, and enforce warehouse procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
