Job Description

Assistant Vice President – Sr. Counsel - Legal Shared Services Team
We are currently hiring a transactional lawyer to join the Legal Shared Services Team, with verifiable experience in Trading and Markets and/or Restructuring teams in big law firms or in the legal department of banks, financial institutions, fintechs or similar. 
Job Requirements:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of corporate documents and agreements with clients, including without limitation, non-disclosure agreements, cooperation agreements, syndicated loans, secured and unsecured credit agreements, transaction support agreements, and LSTA/LMA secondary loan trading documentation.
Primary point of contact for associate lawyers; key decision-maker and proactive problem-solver for a broad range of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently. 
Engage in other special projects, as needed.
