We are seeking a talented individual to join our Hong Kong Reinsurance Broking Team. This role will be based in Hong Kong.
We will count on you to:
Support the management of a portfolio of treaty reinsurance clients, assisting with renewals and day-to-day account servicing
Coordinate with clients to understand their business needs and support relationship development
Assist in reinsurer placement and execution, contributing to carrier engagement and negotiation strategies
Help organize client events and promotional initiatives to enhance the visibility of GC’s value proposition
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to the building of an effective client service team
Provide guidance to junior staff, supporting their development under the direction of senior team members
