Major Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Share responsibility for receiving and responding to in-person, telephone and email inquiries from students, faculty, staff and the public, answering questions and redirecting as appropriate.
  • Completing enrolment and timetable updates, organizing course outlines, monitoring grade submissions, and collaborating with the Examinations Office to schedule end-of-term Final Examinations.
  • Assist instructors with course-related requests such as registration issues, printing or scanning.
