Assistant System Controller- Switching & Systems

JOB PURPOSE

Coordinate with the Control Room Engineer System Controller and carry out instructions relating to the generation of electricity and steam. Monitor control equipment and all parameters associated with related plant equipment and services in a safe and efficient manner. At Jebel Ali site support the supply of power to both the Jebel Ali site and third‑party customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Operate the plant as instructed to ensure electrical power is safely and efficiently generated and distributed in line with the daily operational plan meeting the operating needs and network requirements of the Smelter Complex and third‑party customers as applicable.
• Observe Gas Turbines, HRSGs, and Steam Turbines operating parameters and ensure maximum steam generation.
