Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plant crops
- Prepare the land
- Plow and plant seeds or seedlings
- Irrigate plants
- Operate irrigation systems or water plants manually as needed
- Fertilize the soil
- Add fertilizers and nutrients to ensure healthy crop growth
- Plant, transplant, and maintain palm trees
- Water and fertilize palms according to schedule
- Previous experience in agriculture, landscaping, or a similar field preferred
- Basic knowledge of palm tree care is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
