About the Position

We’re looking for a confident and people‑oriented Assistant Store Manager who can multi‑task and keep everything running smoothly in a busy salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day retail operations and ensure the salon runs efficiently.
• Analyze, maintain and improve our systems and processes.
• Oversee and book guest appointments with a friendly, high‑energy approach.
• Coach and train the sales team to achieve store sales targets.
