Job Description

You are not afraid to get your hands dirty, and not above the shoveling, sweeping, pumping and cleaning required to keep our sites immaculate. 

You have an excellent understanding of residential construction practices, light carpentry and can manage multiple tasks seamlessly.

You are an individual who is self-motivated, detail orientated and works well independently. 

You can see what tasks need to be done before given direction, and take action to ensure the build moves along as scheduled

You are a team player, who works well with your co-workers to ensure expectations are aligned, and customers are wowed by their new home.
