Job Description

Job Summary:
The Assistant Show Lighting Designer supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of show lighting for various attractions and facilities. This role works closely with lead designers to execute lighting concepts, conduct onsite tests, supervise focusing work, and maintain show lighting standards across the resort.
Responsibilities:
Support lead designers in defining project lighting requirements and implementing show lighting designs.
Assist with onsite lighting tests, mock-ups, presentations, and equipment focusing.
Coordinate lighting installation and maintenance with Facility Services, Operations, and Attractions teams to ensure show quality.
Compile information and prepare plans for lighting upgrades and rehabs for Integrated Facility Planning (IFP).
Collaborate with other project disciplines to ensure creative and technical alignment.
