We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Shop Manager to join our team. This is a key support role where you’ll step in as second-in-charge (2IC) when the Shop Manager is away. You’ll help keep our shops running smoothly, looking their best, and delivering warm, welcoming customer experiences. In absence of the Shop Manager, you’ll take the lead—delegating tasks, driving sales performance, and ensuring a safe and positive working environment for the team.

In this role you will:

• Utilise your solid cash management and till management experience
• Assist with shop presentation/displays
• Undertake stock management/preparation and control as per training
• Support volunteers’ adherence to our Health, Safety and Wellbeing practice
