The Assistant Sales Manager, Mortgage is a full-time role responsible for driving mortgage sales and supporting the achievement of branch and regional targets. Based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, this is a hybrid role where work is performed both on-site and from home, depending on business needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new mortgage business opportunities, managing a portfolio of customers, and providing advisory services on mortgage products and eligibility. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for credit assessment and loan processing, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Assistant Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, participate in sales campaigns, maintain compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the mortgage application and post-approval process.
