Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and profitability of the restaurant by ensuring the highest level of hospitality, food quality, outlet cleanliness and people management strategy.
• Ensure smooth running of day‑to‑day operations in the restaurant (sales, stock, people and customers).
• Lead training and recruitment processes.
• Manage inventory, ordering and administration.
