Assistant Restaurant Manager: Elevate Guest Experience

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
• Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism.
• Resolve all potential service failure issues.
• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the SOP and SOC are applied on a daily basis.
• Supervise food and beverage service by directing and guiding subordinates.
• Attend meetings and briefings especially in the absence of Manager.
