Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
• Supervise front‑of‑house and kitchen staff
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Monitor food quality and service delivery
• Manage staff schedules and attendance
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory and stock levels
• Support cashier operations when required
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist with staff training and performance management
• Maintain operational efficiency during peak business hours

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or restaurant management experience
• Experience in fast food, Asian cuisine, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Indian or wok restaurant environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good English communication skills; Arabic language is an advantage
