Job Description

The Assistant Manager for Research and Advisory will be responsible for conducting research through primary and secondary means, using different tools to analyze data, and generating reports that provide insights on market trends. The role involves developing competencies and achieving company and personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and prepare studies based on client requirements such as market studies, feasibility studies, and highest & best use studies.
• Spearhead research efforts for assigned projects, managing surveys, in‑depth interviews, and other research processes including field work as needed.
• Analyze data to generate market insights and trends, and provide concepts, recommendations, and strategies to aid client decision‑making.
• Model project financials for various sectors (residential, office, and others).
