Job Description

Summary

Help protect one of the UK’s most special coastlines. You’ll be out on site every day, talking to visitors, reducing disturbance to wildlife, and making sure everyone can enjoy the coast responsibly.

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours), with weekend working

Duration: Fixed-term from as soon as possible until the end of September

As you’ll be working across multiple coastal sites, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

What it's like to work here

You’ll be part of a friendly, hands-on countryside team based at Blakeney, working across the north Norfolk coast from Salthouse to Brancaster. Reporting to a Countryside Manager and Area Ranger, you’ll work closely with other rangers and volunteers to care for important habitats and wildlife, while welcoming thousands of visitors during our busiest months.
