Assistant Quantity Surveyor: Tender & Subcontract Admin

KOH BROTHERS BUILDING & CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTOR (PTE.) LTD. is looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore. This role involves assisting in pre and post tender quantity surveying administration work, evaluating quotations, and preparing subcontractors’ claims.

Ideal candidates will have at least a Diploma/Degree in Civil & Building Construction or Quantity Surveying, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A strong knowledge of quantity surveying administration and construction law is essential.
