Job description:
• Responsible for the supervision of Key Account quality to promote quality improvement and initiate corrective and preventive action to achieve customer satisfaction
• Direct and manage the quality assurance and quality engineering activities in support of manufacturing operation for Key customers
• The position is responsible for defining and managing the cross-functional interdependencies with PD, Commercials, Supply Chain, etc. Furthermore, the role provides the long-term quality direction and defines the results desired based on industry performance and meeting customer’s standards.
• Project management: including broad definition of project roles and responsibilities within Quality organization. The role outlines Quality’s expectations on Key Account for both internal and external stakeholders as it relates to each project.
