Job Description

            Test Administration and Invigilation  Conduct and oversee psychometric test sessions 
Support candidates (briefing, troubleshooting) 
Maintain records and invigilation logs for audit purposes 
 Data Management and Quality Assurance  Process and validate test scores under supervision 
Update and manage assessment databases for accurate tracking 
Perform data checks and flag inconsistencies 
 Selection Process Coordination  Schedule test sessions and panel interviews 
Liaise with stakeholders and candidates for smooth processes 
Track candidate progress and follow up at each stage 
 Basic Research Documentation and Publication Support  Assist with literature reviews, data organization, and reports
