: 1 Job Title: Assistant Prosecuting Attorney (4821-31) Deadline to Apply: Open Until Filled Division:  Drug/Forfeiture - Felony Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Starting Salary: $88,910.00 annually (Additional compensation may be considered based on experience). FLSA: Salary Exempt Job Overview: This position is a hybrid position which requires the individual to engage in all phases of criminal prosecution of major narcotics cases while at the same time appear and prosecute cases in the Hamilton County Treatment and Recovery court. The position requires the ability to appear on behalf of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office in felony arraignment as well as represent the office in mental health court and veteran’s court.
