The SkillBridge Intern will gain foundational experience in construction project support, assisting with various administrative and operational aspects of project execution. They will support document control, communication with subcontractors and vendors, data entry, and basic scheduling tasks. The intern will learn to organize project files, process invoices, track material deliveries, and contribute to efficient project flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete administrative onboarding tasks and integrate into company culture, systems, and tools.
- Participate in standup meetings, project introductions, and training on company software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
- Enroll in and complete a Construction Fundamentals course, including terminology, phases of construction, and safety basics.
