The Assistant Project Manager supports the Real Estate Services (RES) Operational Management (OM) team to ensure effective governance and continuous improvement across RES, with a focus on financial and commercial control, supplier incident and planned works coordination, and third-party onboarding and compliance. This role helps maintain safe, resilient and cost-effective service delivery by ensuring supplier performance is monitored, issues are resolved with robust root‑cause analysis, and third‑party management activities are completed in line with the relevant framework and controls.
