Assistant Project Manager

This position is responsible for managing the delivery of client projects across APEX’s service lines, including Events, Media, Digital, and Creatives. This role focuses on execution excellence, coordination and ensuring projects are managed well, delivered on time and within scope.

This role works closely with internal teams and supports client communications related to project management. You will also support pitch preparation and presentation, particularly on delivery approach, timelines, resourcing, and execution planning, working closely with leadership.
