Job Description
Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager role is designed to support current construction project teams in the short term while developing into a future project leader.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Superintendents to:
- Keep projects organized and on schedule
- Improve communication and execution flow
- Gradually take on increasing ownership of project scopes, budgets, and coordination
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
- Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination of ICI construction projects
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and documentation
- Maintain project schedules, logs, and document control systems (Procore or equivalent)
