Job Summary
Telerelation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Project Manager (HVAC) to support mechanical contracting projects, particularly for NYSCA standards. The ideal candidate will have 3‑4 years of experience in HVAC project management, preferably with a mechanical contractor. This full‑time role involves schedule planning, cost tracking, technical coordination, and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HVAC installations and ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and NYSCA standards.
- Review project schedules and generate two‑week look‑ahead plans.
- Analyze blueprints and design specifications to determine HVAC configurations.
- Track job costs and budgets weekly; manage change orders with owners and GCs.
