Assistant Professor – Gastroenterology

The Assistant Professor of Gastroenterology will provide clinical care to patients with gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, endoscopy services, and participation in multidisciplinary case discussions. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate medical learners through lectures, bedside teaching, seminars, and skill-based demonstrations, while contributing to curriculum development and academic assessment. The Assistant Professor will engage in clinical research, quality improvement projects, and scholarly activities, including publications and conference presentations aligned with departmental goals. Responsibilities also include participation in departmental meetings, academic events, and institutional committees, as well as adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
