Assistant production manager

Duties & Responsibilities Production Operations Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities. Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines. Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency. Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources. Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products. Quality & Food Safety Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and food manufacturing regulations . Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications and standards. Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs.
